Mystery Pleasure Box Cancellation Policy

At Mystery Pleasure Box, we aim to provide you with an enjoyable experience. Please review our cancellation policy to understand how cancellations are handled.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly Subscriptions:

    • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
    • If you cancel after your billing cycle has started, your cancellation will take effect the following month, and you will still receive the box for the current month.
  • Prepaid Subscriptions (3, 6, 12 months):

    • Prepaid subscriptions cannot be canceled for a refund once payment is processed. You will continue to receive your boxes until the end of the subscription term.
    • At the end of your prepaid term, your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
  • How to Cancel:

    • To cancel your subscription, log into your account on our website and navigate to the subscription settings. You can also contact us at info@mysterypleasurebox.com, and our team will assist you with the process.
    • Please allow up to 48 hours for processing cancellation requests.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Single Box or One-Time Purchases:

    • Once an order is placed for a one-time box or any individual product, it cannot be canceled or modified. All sales are final due to the nature of our products.
    • If you need assistance with an order error or change, please contact us at info@mysterypleasurebox.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
  • Subscription Orders:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations after a payment has been processed will not apply to the current month’s box. Your cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.

3. Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions

  • We do not offer refunds for any subscription boxes that have already been shipped or are in the process of being prepared for shipment.
  • Prepaid subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) are non-refundable once payment is made. You will continue to receive your boxes until the end of the subscription term, even if you choose to cancel early.

4. Failed Payments

  • If your payment fails, we will notify you via email. You have 7 days to update your payment method.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days, your subscription may be automatically canceled.

5. Company Cancellations

  • Mystery Pleasure Box reserves the right to cancel any subscription at our discretion, with or without prior notice. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded for any unshipped boxes.
