Mystery Pleasure Box Refund Policy

At Mystery Pleasure Box, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality products that bring excitement and pleasure. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully.


1. Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of our subscription boxes and individual products are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Subscription Boxes: All Mystery Pleasure Box subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or prepaid) are non-refundable once shipped.
  • Individual Items: Products purchased individually from our store are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Opened or Used Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is ineligible for a refund due to health and safety concerns.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

While we strive to ensure the quality of every product, defects or damages may occur in rare cases. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to assist you:

  • Resolution: After reviewing your claim, we will either:

3. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your subscription box or order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and send you the missing item, free of charge, or offer a refund for the missing product.

4. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Once a monthly subscription has been billed and the box has been shipped, it is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but the current month’s box is non-refundable.
  • Prepaid Subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months): Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase. You will continue to receive your boxes for the duration of your subscription term, even if you choose to cancel early.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request has been approved (due to damaged or defective items), the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for items in our subscription boxes or store due to the intimate nature of the products. However, if you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement as outlined in Section 2.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
