At Mystery Pleasure Box, we strive to ensure a smooth and discreet delivery of all orders. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within U.S.A.)

  • We offer Priority shipping across U.S.A. via USPS.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping rates are a flat rate.
  • Free shipping is sometimes available for orders during a special promotion. 

3. International Shipping

  • We do not ship internationally. Please contact us at info@mysterypleasurebox.com to see if we can do something.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their shipment.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries with strict import regulations on adult products. Please check your local laws before ordering.

4. Discreet Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. The return address will not indicate the nature of the product inside.
  • Our company name on the shipping label will appear as MPB-Crate to maintain confidentiality.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please contact our support team at info@mysterypleasurebox.com.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim.
  • All shipments include shipping insurance for extra protection.

7. Address Changes

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mysterypleasurebox.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot make changes after the package has shipped.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. All sales are final.
  • In case of defective products or incorrect orders, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve the issue.
